Senior SEO Specialist ( UK Ecommerce - Remote)

- Tidal Vape Brick & Mortar stores can be found at 14 locations across the Uk, and we are in search for a - Senior SEO Specialist- to join our team in India on a full-time basis (Work from Home). Someone who can grow our digital side (ecommerce & Other channels) organically at an exponential rate. The Senior SEO Lead will define key opportunities based on data, and work alongside our integrated marketing & tech teams to deliver innovative experiences for our customers.

Leaves : 20 per Calendar Year

Salary in Hand : Between Rs.40,000 to 50,000 per month (Based on Skills and Experience)

Key Responsibilities :

- Making sure current rankings are maintained and are improved further

- New Keyword research & Planning for more organic traffic opportunities

- Reviewing Site Architecture and Menu design

- Optimize and improve Google my business pages for all locations and keywords

- Data pulling & crunching 

- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis

- Define measurable goals and critical metrics, set priorities, and manage a backlog of features and functionality; work with development and UX-UI to meet those requirements

- Do competitor analysis and keep a track of competitor websites keywords & rankings

- Collaborate with SEO content writers for Content planning (Calendar) - For Blogs, products, pages and other off page activities. Make sure Guidelines are followed.

- Aggressive Off-page backlink building, part of KPI

- Tech SEO - Audits, Page Speed Performance

- SEO Roadmaps

- Send daily weekly monthly work reports. Set reporting Dashboards.

- Monitor daily SEO and organic traffic performance metrics.

- Any other On page / Off page activities as directed by the Ecommerce Manager.

Must Have :

- 5+ years hands on SEO experience

- Ecommerce Experience for at least 3 years

Skills & Expectations :

- Shopify Analytics & SEO Experience (good knowledge on shopify limitations)

- Strong understanding of technical SEO (sitemaps, crawl budget, canonicalization, web core vitals, Schema.org, etc.)

- Good grasp of SEO tools and resources (e.g., Ahref, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.) to follow valuable insights and findings from data

- Strong communication skills to articulate a vision and drive multiple matrixed teams to come together and produce a positive outcome

- Very Good keyword research & competitor analysis skills

- Quick Learner with good research capabilities

- Very fast in execution to Hit targets and KPI's

Good to have :

- UK / European / US Market Ecommerce Experience

- Experience with Vape / E-cigarettes category
