Key Responsibilities :
The Ticketing Manager specific responsibilities will include :
- Achieve established sales goals as set by the COO
- Create an annual Ticket Sales Plan and provide weekly updates on progress against the plan
- Develop and implement plans to promote and increase ticket sales for all events
- Coordinate with teammates including promotions, marketing and digital marketing to expand attendance at all events.
- Research, prospect and establish leads for group sales relationships through industry networking, use of third party lead services, trade publications, and cold calls.
- Serve as the primary source of group sales activity for the facility; coordinate and support other sales associates in sourcing group sales activities.
- Select, staff and schedule ticket sales agents for the ticket office.
- Ensure effective and efficient coverage of all sales channels including telephone, online and direct sales.
- Ensure all ticket sales agents understand daily goals and are coached to proficiency.
- Support the organizations efforts to create a fan experience that aligns with Presidents vision for the Park
- Cross-sell additional products and services to clients based upon their needs.
