Thyrocare - Manager - Corporate Sales (4-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- To define geographical strategy to source, Shortlist and Identify target companies for selling company services
- To carry out corporate lead generation activities at ATL and BTL level
- To write convincing business communications, design packages and its pricing, pitch to clients and persistently persuade and aid the tie-up to be established
- To co-ordinate with IT, Creative Team and Service Delivery Team to chalk out the service plan for the client
- To train the network member and CRM team for delivering project as per the agreed terms
- To resolve grievances during the service delivery, if any and provide highest client satisfaction during the project.
- P & L reconciliations of the project and coordinating with finance team for closure of the project once completed
- To keep a good rapport and constantly update self with knowledge about company products, served clients current market position and focus to deliver best for the company and client.
Person Specification:
- Excellent and convincing written and verbal business communication.
- Keenness to constantly learn about market, industry, services of company and service policies.
- Should have sound knowledge on Healthcare in general and Diagnostics in particular
- Ability to manage good rapport with client for delivering their maximum satisfaction
- Good sense of costing and co-ordination with internal teams for best service experience for the client.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, determined and enthusiastic with strong leadership skills.
