Job Description :
- Identifying prospective clients and helping them understand our services.
- Coordinating with service partners to provide timely and quality service.
- Handling client grievances and providing solutions for superior client satisfaction.
- Introducing clients to latest offers and schemes of the organization.
- Analyzing and preparing reports for management review periodically.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Coordination with other Department, Doctors, Franchises and FME employee using Email or Chat and calling Process
- Send Client Location To FME employee and coordinate with them and client
- Reschedule or Schedule client Appointment
- Verify Document

- Energetic, Intelligent, High interest to grow fast in career, Interest to learn, Flexible approach to do any work, Knowledge of at least one regional language other than Hindi
Required Experience and Qualifications :
Education : Any under Graduation/ Post Graduation-
Salary : 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 PA.
Role : Tele calling /Telemarketing Executive
Industry : Medical / Healthcare / Hospitals
Age : 21-30 year old
Language : English, Hindi,Tamil, Bengali,Odis,Telugu
Experience :- Fresher- (Maximum 2 year Experience can be apply )
