Thrive by o3 is an end to end wealth management advisory. We are a FinTech company backed by an investment bank, o3 Capital. We are based in Bangalore. At Thrive, we are building a wealth management practice for HNIs by combining state-of-the-art technology with the expertise of our in-house financial brains.

Who We Are Looking For :

As an early-stage startup, we are looking for someone who is excited by the prospect of working in a small team. Working in a small team offers many rewards, but also comes with a great amount of responsibility.

- You will need to be comfortable working across levels, donning multiple hats

- Your people-centric skills are paramount. You will be dealing with customers and team members from all walks of life, therefore it is essential that you are empathetic towards them

- An effective communicator with excellent grasp over the English language (both verbal and written)

- You will need to be able to work closely with the other team members to quickly complete deliverables for the client

- You will need to understand business requirements, iterate on shortcomings and work with the team

- You will need to be self-disciplined and be able to work in an environment with less structure than a typical corporate/later stage startup

What You Will Do :

- Understand client requirements and follow up with research and preparation of a financial plan to meet their requirements

- Identify potential prospects, communicate through relevant mediums, set appointments, meet them if required, and help clients understand our products/services offered

- Documenting progress status at all levels of the sales cycle

- Coordinating with the sales team, operations team and partners/vendors to ensure smooth workflow internally as well as hassle-free onboarding of clients

- Stay in touch with our customers, and ensure that all their financial requirements are being fulfilled

- As a financial service provider, trust and honesty will be paramount

Requirements :

- Full-time graduates or post-graduates

- Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
