Role & Responsibilities :
- Attending and making Inbound as well as Outbound class
- Explaining the products Available or services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Give quality information about the company's projects.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services Offered.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Previous Real estate Sales experience would be Preferred
