Job Description :

- We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team, The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for sales and revenue growth, while also building and maintaining relationships with existing clients with a creative problem-solving approach at heart. You will help manage and oversee relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities

- Develop and execute sales plans and proposals to meet sales targets and revenue growth goals

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth

- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach out to them

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute business development initiatives

- Attend industry events to network with potential clients and partners

- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and progress toward goals

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, trends, and best practices in business development

- Manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities and track progress toward sales

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any other Graduation degree

- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify potential customers

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Experience or Interest in travel acumen is a plus.

- Must be having a laptop
