Position : Digital Marketing Executive
Reporting to : Project Director
Works in conjunction with: Conference Producer
Roles and responsibilities for the position
Planning :
- Planning digital marketing calendar every 2/3 months for an upcoming conference/event
- Plan organic and inorganic marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, social media and display advertising
- Work in conjunction with conference producer to ensure that relevant copy is received for promoting conference program
Execution :
- Execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify relevant media partners and tie up with them for barter agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to create digital marketing collaterals, landing pages etc
- Collaborate and coordinate with agencies and other vendors
- Continuously evaluate emerging trends and technologies and provide perspective on what new can be done
- With time develop understanding of database and develop skills and ability to manage database across company events
Manage - Brand design and Graphic Designer
- Take direct reporting from graphic designer w.r.t marketing collaterals, giving him design inputs and managing his to do list
- Ensure all the marketing collaterals are in line with the brand guidelines and standards
- Guide graphic designer in developing event collaterals for the event execution day.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and project manage own and designer's work schedule
