Thought Frameworks - Inside Sales Specialist (2-8 yrs)
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote our services, for generating leads, to develop business from different sources.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about our services and the company to customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Follow the script and guidelines provided by the company for effective communication.
- Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
- Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
- Book appointment for sales team with the emphasis on high - quality leads.
Requirements
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills : Fluency and proficiency in English..
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, handle objections and rejection positively.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Tele calling Experience in the IT / Software industry is mandatory.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability to changing sales techniques and strategies.
Target Oriented Experience Required: 2 - 8 years
Minimum Qualification Required: Graduation / Bachelor's Degree
Mandatory : Work from Office - Bangalore south (candidates from BLR south need only apply)
