Thomson Digital - Manager - Partner Sales (5-13 yrs)
Job Description:
- You are responsible for appointing Partner/Franchisee/Admission Advisor(AA) for sales of our different products
- Ensure revenue generation through new signups and sales at each Partner location
- Manage on-boarding of Partners & Admission Advisors on to our platform and engaging them to generate leads and sales.
- Develop a strategic plan to generate prospects, onboard partners and engaging them on a frequent basis to generate customer leads.
- Scale-up plan for Channel Partners (Admission Advisors, Tuition teachers, Uniform sellers etc.)
- Execute local marketing strategies and subscriber growth campaigns, identify and build strategic alliances with local / national players as well as develop individual AAs
- Drive adoption of Field Force Automation and manage insights from the same. Leverage analytics to drive superior execution.
- As a Key Account Manager you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business Opportunities in your specific area.
- Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all partners/AA in your area
- Achieve all individual sales targets in your area by maintaining and creating a close relationship with your partners
- Always display a pleasant manner and positive attitude to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues in order to avoid internal or external complaints.
- Participate in any Training and Development programs as recommended by the senior management
Educational Qualification:
- Should be Science or Engineering graduate
- MBA preferred
Work Experience and Skills required:
- Minimum 5 yrs. of experience in appointing educational partners. Total experience of 8+ years
- Require experience in the education or coaching industry
- Best in Class People Management and leadership skills
- Has exposure in building new channels and high growth businesses
- Should have excellent analytical skills, strong strategic thinking capabilities, proven operational track record and an ability to manage partnerships/ relationships effectively
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Travel is essential
