Thomson Digital - Business Development Manager (5-7 yrs)
Company: Digiscape Tech Solutions Ltd. a part of Thomson Digital (India Today Group).
The manager Sales & Business Development must ensure a steady, growing and profitable revenue stream consistent with the near team and strategic goals of the company.
Key job responsibilities will include :
- Ensuring robust sales pipeline from International Markets like USA, Europe, Canada, UK etc.
- Achieving good conversion rate (pipe line to Contracts)
- Ensuring clients satisfaction and retention
- Ensuring horizontal and vertical growth in accounts
- Pro-actively engage with customers for new businesses
- Responsibility for complete sales cycle (lead generation to Sale realization)
- Reviewing RFI/RFP's and responding to proposals
- Manage techno-commercial negotiations with customers
- Develop and implement Market positioning strategy
- Ensure execution of contracts and adherence to key elements
- Providing inputs and supporting delivery in developing new services and solutions
- Ensure sales group adheres to company policies and company database is updated timely
- Ensure company is connected well CXO levels in various customer organizations in the Industry
Requirements :
- Engineering Graduate with MBA
- 5-6 years of sales experience in IT Services selling in International Market of below fields :
- Mobile Application Development
- Web Application Development
- Product Engineering
- Custom Software Development
- Exposure to International markets
- Must have inside selling and client management experience
- Self-driven and focused towards achieving targets objectively
- Good leadership and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with Project and Operations management processes and tools
- Excellent oral and written communications & presentation skills
- Hands on with basic software like MS-Office and CRM
