Thomas Cook - Senior Manager - Retail Foreign Exchange Vertical Head (5-10 yrs)
Broad Responsibilities :
- Driving Retail Sales through network of branches in Mumbai and growing the business
- Responsible for Business Development - Individuals and Channel business
- Initiating and managing sales: Plan, Initiate and drive sale promotion activities to create enough sales funnel for branches.
- Undertaking BTL activities to increase traction/Walk-in at stores in Mumbai
- To ensure compliance with regard to RBI rules & regulations & guidelines, follow laid down circulars/process by the Company and other statutory bodies.
- Skills in customer engagement, interactions and problem resolutions
- People management skills with a good element of drive in boosting the Retail business for Mumbai
