Key Responsibility Areas :
- Identifying and generating new clients and businesses in designated territory and nurturing the on-going business with existing clients
- Identify prospective clients and convert them into customers
- Prepare professional sales forecasting & budgeting reports
- Sell products that ensure growth and profitability
- Provide our clients with exceptional service
- Make a strong and positive impression on clients, fostering positive relationships at every level in the client organisation
- Actively seek feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement
- Proactively find solutions to address client challenges
- Creating reports and client presentations based on analysis of data collected during interaction with clients
- Promote Thomas values of professionalism, integrity, ethics and quality in all client interactions
- Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships
- Continual monitoring & research of territory/market/industry initiatives
- Supporting the senior members of the team on assignments
