Typical Tasks
1. Phone calls to generate business meetings
2. Business Meetings online and offline both to understand customer needs.
3. Create tailor made Proposals for clients
4. Winning new clients - Convert prospect into client/customer by following the entire sales process
5. Increase the number of certified people in territory.
6. Local marketing activities to maximize the reach and increased visibility in the market along with attending HR conferences etc and sending mailers.
7. Submission of daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
