REQUIREMENT :
We are looking for Young passionate and super enthusiastic and target oriented professionals with an ability to work independently as well as in team to join us for the position of Business Development Executives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To find potential clients to establish report and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Research on companies and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposal for clients.
- Meet the project deadlines and sales targets.
- Developing goals for development of team and business growth and ensuring their update.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex project and multi-tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- A solution-oriented approach and the ability to solve problems timely and effectively.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
