We are looking for Customer Service Executive who will drive and provide the highest level of customer delight and value.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Experience : Fresher Immediate joiners only!!!
Education : Graduation/HSC qualified.
Language : English and Hindi mandatory
Responsibilities :
1. Inbound calling for customer service.
2. You will be responsible for calling on the given leads.
3. You'll be responsible to call certain customer to address their needs.
Skills :
1. Should be very good with communication skills as the job mainly focuses on business growth over a telephonic conversation.
2. Should be well skilled in persuasion and negotiation.
3. Should be very persistent and result oriented.
4. Proven track record of fulfilling sales target.
5. Should have the willingness to learn and research on the market trends.
