Job Purpose 

We are looking for a professional having enriched business acumen with keenness to identify and build associations into business opportunities. The incumbent will be responsible for discovering new sales prospects, ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all times. S/he will be contributing to the company's growth at large and will work on implementing efforts towards sustainability.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for generation of business in the assigned vertical / geography from existing accounts and generation of fresh new accounts

- Manage complete Sales Process from lead generation to closing the sales including cold calling and networking

- Develop strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT

- Assist in identifying, evaluating business opportunities across globe

- Work along with marketing team and other business development team members in defining new strategies for new geos

- Contribute significantly to the implementation of sales strategies and build awareness and credibility with employees and key clients

- Prepare detailed proposals/quotes as per client requirements and adhere to TFT standards in preparing such documents

- Furnish specifications and any other information along with the technical team as required by the client in formulating/releasing a proposal

- Regular follow-up with clients regarding proposals/ even while prospecting

- Maintain updated sales funnel and participate in regular progress review with the reporting manager/management as an when required by them

- Achieve set targets in terms of revenue, profitability & other result areas for the given period

Qualifications :

- Minimum a graduate in any stream and an MBA would be a plus

- 3+ years' experience in similar position in IT services industry

- Excellent knowledge of MS office

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- B.Tech + MBA combination will be preferred

- Enterprise closures will be preferred

- Experience of IT services sales for USA market (preferably)

- Ready to travel if required

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

- Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

- Team player, pleasant personality and with a high level of integrity

- Able to handle pressure and multitask efficiently

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
