Think Design - Senior Key Accounts Manager (4-8 yrs)
- We are looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients.
Job Summary :
- The individual will be responsible for leading and managing given set of clients and accounts
- S/he will manage resources and revenue targets of the accounts
- Effectively provide strategic leadership on the set of assigned accounts
- Be responsible for farming on the given set of businesses and lead business pitches
Key Responsibilities :
- To deepen relationships and drive service value with existing clients.
- To lead strategy conversations, coordinate on time and quality delivery of services and expand opportunities
- To make sure that negotiation and renewal process with the client is smooth
- To manage quarterly client health metrics and devise action plans required to hit agreed-upon client satisfaction goals.
- To work, lead and manage both internal and external teams to achieve agreed upon revenue and growth targets
- To contribute to the development and performance of the team, in line with objectives of the business.
- To research and pursue business opportunities through in-person networking, pitches, inbound requests
- To track and achieve revenue targets
- To embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, equality and intellectual curiosity.
- To be responsible for timely invoicing and payment follow-ups
Profile Requirements :
- Experience in managing accounts; strong communication and organizational skills must be complemented by relationship building style.
- Should have exceptional writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize and manage detail work, as well as balance multiple tasks
