Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Voice Process Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products/services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain rapport with prospects through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
