Job Description:
Thikse Software Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our suite of software solutions and services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, and development, to ensure alignment between client needs and company capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients, -effectively communicating the value proposition of Thikse Software Solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions -for both parties.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related field, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
