TheSqua.re Group - Assistant Manager - Sales (4-7 yrs)

- We are seeking a Assistant Manager Sales preferably from Corporate Sales background to drive our corporate accommodation programs in Delhi and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
- The role demands an energetic, client-centric individual with a passion for technology and sustainability, as well as proven expertise in sales and account management in the corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities :
New Business Development :
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate accounts to The Square AI platform.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, particularly in the serviced apartment and alternative accommodation sectors.
Account Management :
- Manage and nurture existing corporate accounts to ensure client satisfaction and drive expansion within accounts.
- Provide tailored solutions to clients, focusing on creating global corporate accommodation programs that drive cost savings and carbon footprint reduction.
- Develop a SaaS-based sales process to streamline outreach and acquisition efforts across India and the Asia-Pacific region.
Client Engagement :
- Work closely with clients to develop corporate housing programs that leverage our tech-based solutions to optimize their accommodation needs.
- Present and represent TheSqua.re at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
SaaS & Technology Integration :
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our SaaS products and solutions, positioning The Square AI as a tech-based alternative to traditional providers.
- Use self-working tools and automation to help clients efficiently manage their corporate accommodation programs.
Travel :
- Regular travel across India and the Asia-Pacific region to meet with clients and drive business growth.
Key Qualifications :
- Experience : 4 to 7 years of experience in enterprise corporate accounts, ideally within the corporate travel, accommodation, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, and business development in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Experience with SaaS solutions and an understanding of corporate accommodation needs.
Skills :
- Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close new business.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Skilled in recruiting, leading, and managing sales teams.
