Job Description :
- Selling the company's product offerings to doctors (gynaecologists mostly) and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of company offerings.
- Scheduling appointments with doctors through tele-calling.
- Following up on leads generated by the company. Preparing presentations for potential customers.
- Making presentations to doctors and generating demand.
- Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow-up on collections and account receivables.
- Continuously focus on wallet share of market and achieving maximum market coverage.
- Researching competitors medications and their respective market performances.
- Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
- Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meeting
Desired Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven medical sales experience, preferably in the ObGyn domain
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent account management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills. Persuasive and resilient.
- Putting customer needs first.
