Role Definition
- Graduate BE/B.Tech & B.com with minimum 3-6 years of Sales Experience of selling goods / services, in the field of Heat and Noise mitigation at manufacturing area, construction / infra building etc.
- Will be responsible to contact the leads generated by Marketing team & contact existing customers of company.
- Dynamic sales conversion history is a must.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- Challenge taking and learning aptitude.
Tasks & Activities :
Lead management :
- Compile and update database of client list for both new & existing customers.
- Send questionnaire and ask probing questions to understand & establish the needs, desires and problems of the customer.
- Setup meetings between our technical team and customers at their location. Collect all data about their Noise problems.
- Prepare excel sheet for techno commercial proposal.
Sales meetings
- Study customer requirements, collect data required as per the check list, prepare MOM in order to handle objections from the customers.
- Consistent Follow Up
- Coordinate with prospects for further clarity about status of the techno commercial proposal.
- Keep track of enquiries, sales meetings, receipt of P.O. & get the P.O. checked by Technical and Accounts team.
Communication :
- Being the point of contact between customer and the business development team to ensure customer happiness by complying with quality & assuring timely delivery.
- Always maintain high and happy energy while speaking / interacting with customers.
- Responsible for supporting the company sales team and ensuring that they have all necessary tools and resources, Managing all the sales related activities
- Responding to sales queries via phone or e-mails
- Cold calling, Follow-up calls to confirm sales orders
- Completing all sales related administrative needs
- Effective communication with clients
- Coordinating with project team and client to ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods
- Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
Measurement Metrics :
- Number of sales meetings conducted per month.
- Number of techno commercial offers sent to prospects and their accuracy in relation to customer requirements.
