TheFactorE - Business Enabler - Corporate Events (2-4 yrs)
TheFactorE is looking for business enabler for its corporate event business end. This Job is specifically to get hold of corporate events such as annual days, offsite and other team events. Target audience is medium segment to large segment corporate houses such as IT organisations, Media organisations and other blue collared organisations.
The right candidate for this job would be someone either from event business development area or one who has fair understanding of how new market is captured.
This person will be in complete control of the business end. Roles and responsibility of a champ Business Enabler would be :
1. Lead Generation : We would be looking for someone who understands the concept of lead generation and knows channel and mediums through which proper contacts can be established.
2. Lead Conversions : The person would be solely responsible for contacting with business leads, Business Presentations and molding the solution as per the client requirements.
3. Lead Closures : We look forward to have a person on board who understands the market and has a knack for effective lead closures and generation of business.
Area Of Operation : For initial one year the business market will be Delhi NCR centric.
Travel : This Job role will have fair amount of travel involved. A person with his/her own mode of transport is well suited.
