Key Responsibilities :

Content Strategy :

- Spearhead development and execution of a robust content strategy to maximise video performance and subscriber acquisition.

- Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, algorithmic shifts, and industry benchmarks to optimise content relevance and visibility.

Audience Development :

- Identify target demographics and curate compelling content that resonates deeply with our audience segments.

- Implement innovative tactics to bolster subscriber growth and enhance viewer loyalty through captivating storytelling and engagement strategies.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring :

- Utilise advanced YouTube analytics to track key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.

- Regularly assess data to identify emerging trends, capitalise on opportunities, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaborations and Partnerships :

- Proactively identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, creators, and brands to amplify our channel's reach and engagement.

SEO and Metadata Optimization :

- Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance search visibility and maximise click-through rates.

- Stay abreast of evolving YouTube SEO best practices and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.

Community Engagement :

- Foster a vibrant and inclusive community among subscribers through proactive interaction and responsive communication.

- Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and feedback to cultivate a positive viewer experience and strengthen brand loyalty

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of work experience working with YouTube strategies

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Creativity : Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies

- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in English both written and spoken English.

Job Type and location - Onsite, Mumbai (Santacruz-East, close to railway station)

Working days and time : Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Leave Policy - 12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays

Food Policy- Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates working for them however if the associate wishes to carry his/her own lunch box, it has to be a vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed during working hours.
