We are looking for a Dynamic, Energetic and Self-Motivated Team Lead (Female Candidates Only) who will be responsible for managing a team of people in the area of Tele Sales and Support and also overlook look into the Customer Relations and Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Set clear goals for the Tele-sales team and help them to deliver results in the most effective way

- Converting leads to possible clients.

- Calling potential customers to persuade them to enroll for our courses.

- Developing in-depth knowledge of services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

- Monitor the conversion of leads and interact and provide feedback to the campaign managers in terms of quality of leads provided

- Will be accountable for meeting the Tele-sales conversion and performance of Self and team.

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

- Delegate tasks and set deadlines

- Oversee day-to-day operation

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics

- Motivate team members

- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

- Provide actionable data for agent improvement

- Suggests training needs and developments

- Coach and guide team to think proactively and encourage them to improve on process and productivity

Requirements and skills :

- Total work experience of 4-5 years in Sales and Customer Service

- Proven work experience of minimum 2-3 years as a team leader or supervisor

- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and Sales

- Good MS office Skills (working on Excel with formulae)

- Basic understanding of working on CRM systems

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Organizational and time-management skills

- Decision-making skills

Location : Mumbai, India (Office: Santacruz East)

Nature of role : Full time onsite role; Monday to Saturday 10 am - 6 pm

Joining : Immediate

Probationary Period : 3 months

Food Policy- Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates working for them however if the associate wishes to carry his/her own lunch box, it has to be a vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed during working hours.

Leave Policy - 12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays

Work ethics: While at work, smoke breaks are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited and associates are not allowed to go out of the workplace to have their smoke breaks and resume work.
