- JD for Digital Campaign Marketing Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/ SEM, database marketing, email, social media
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Managing and executing our campaign strategy to support the pipeline and drive demand generation
- Brainstorm new ideas and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify conversion points and drop off points
- Optimize lead generation and with strong analytical skills identify conversions
- Increase the revenue per customer by giving a marketing plan which they accept.
- Work with SEO and collaborate with other team members
- Providing marketing plans for new customers to the Customer Development team for business development
- Designing Innovative and performing campaigns which lead to increased revenue by the customer.
- Managing, executing and developing marketing campaigns
- Supporting events with invites, landing page, database, campaign calendar, follow ups, webinars
- Working with the Sales and Solutions teams to gather insight and information to inform the content strategy Brief content creators, email delivery teams and Salesforce operations to ensure each campaign is forward planned and delivered on time.
- Review campaigns and analyse how we can improve performance going forward and actioning the requirements
- Measure and track our marketing investment against key SQL And MQL KPIs
- Make Strategies, Setup Campaigns and Execute, Optimize & Manage Paid Media Advertisement on social media, Google, YouTube and Other Native Ads.
- Plan Strategy & Check Day to Day Activities on SEO from Team.
- Make Social Media Content Planners.
- Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing.
- Content Creation through content writer and content marketing.
- Make Thumbnail & Title Suggestions for YouTube & Social Media Videos.
- APP SEO (IOS & Android).
- ORM (Social Media).
- Creation of Hashtags & Tags for social media & YouTube.
- Crosscheck of All Social Media Postings & Website Updates.
- Gather Trending Topics for Website's Blog.
- Co-ordinate with Sales team to enhance sales.
- Generate & Mange Reviews - social media, Google Maps, Play Store & App Store.
- Keywords Ranking Reports Monthly.
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or associated field, Mass Media, Digital Marketing / Campaign Manager qualification required
- Strong Communication and excellent writing skills
- Effectively communicate brand's message
- Have hands-on experience in digital marketing tactics
- Adaptability in the ever-changing digital space
- Data analysis skills
- Digital Marketing Tools : CRM, Flipsnack, Canva, HubSpot, VMO, Slack, OptinMonster, ConvertKit, Vistacreate, Website Optimization, SEO and SEMrush etc.
Work Location: On Site from Mumbai
Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
