The Yarn Bazaar - Executive- Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Understand our business products, processes, and operations deeply, and remain up-to-date on industry news, and pricing trends
Telesales - Willing to sell products directly or indirectly related to our customer needs or as decided by the management on requirement basis.
- Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Confident enough and able to close sales over the phone.
- Know how of maintaining customer records for sales closure.
- Achieving the monthly targets
- Ability to convert leads into business.
- Develop relationships with prospective buyers & suppliers, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Negotiate and close sales deals
Requirements :
- Good negotiation skills
- Should be able to handle tough/high-pressure situations
- Must be a people's person (good at making and maintaining relationships)
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Must have a strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
