Job Description :

As a Retention Marketing Specialist at The Wellness Shop, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize customer retention and loyalty. You will leverage data-driven insights to implement targeted campaigns and initiatives that engage customers and drive repeat purchases. This role is pivotal in fostering long-term relationships with our customer base and enhancing overall customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention strategies.
