The Wellness Shop - Manager - Inside Sales (7-12 yrs)
The Wellness Shop is an eco-friendly wellness brand that provides a range of products that are organic and natural. We provide products catering to cosmetics, wellness, and healthcare segments. We plan to create a brand that brings no-nonsense, simple, and natural products to the masses so we can all get some help taking care of our bodies.
We need your help getting the word out! We are looking for excellent Inside Sales Manager to join our inside sales team who will help drive high quality output from our team of Inside Sales Executives/ Business Development Executives (Wellness Consultants). As a part of this role, you will lead a team of Wellness Consultants, owning their input metrics and the revenue generated from their efforts, in addition to managing team morale, hiring, training, upskilling and attrition.
Responsibilities Of Inside Sales Manager:
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Work with the management to drive further optimisation of metrics, consistently working on improvements in quality, conversion, talk time and process adherence
- Train Tele Sales Representatives to deliver their best in every call that they do & adhere to Company's promises & call flow.
- Own the entire sales funnel & improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to find exceptional talents for the telesales team.
- Focus on finding out the key tracking metrics for performance improvement and implement them.
- Engage with internal stakeholders viz. marketing, operations etc. for smooth operations and improvements.
- Make sure that the sales representatives are meeting and exceeding their targets.
-Working with data to constantly increase output from the team.
Requirements :
- 7+ years of experience in Inside sales/telesales experience into a B2C environment is mandatory.
- Building, developing & leading a high performance in telesales team.
- Is required to be a great people manager and should have managed 100+ Team -members/Large Teams experience.
- Has delivered exponential growth in previous roles by turning around the sales team performance leveraging technology with innovative solutions.
- Have exemplary people management skills with inspirational leadership skills.
- Have showcased the ability to connect with team members & lead them to achieve stretch goals.
- Has growth mind-set Identifies opportunities & has a successful track record of delivering in a dynamic & undefined environment.
- Comes with very strong problem solving skills.
- Has proven ability to do root cause analysis, create & execute long term sustainable solutions.
- Have very strong communication skills.
- Should be able to work with both internal & external stakeholders exceedingly well.
- An MBA/PGDM/Grad. is preferred.
