- We are seeking a passionate Business Development Manager who can contribute to build our Company and taking it to next level. We have created an environment where the people that build the company get ownership in the company. This position will be intimately involved with getting our online marketing strategy off the ground and generating revenue. As a business partner and a trusted member of the strategic team, you'll need to share our entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to believe in our dream!

Responsibilities :

1. Research and identify new market opportunities for The Wellness Shop

2. To identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts

3. Responsible for the promotion of the entire range of products in the market.

4. To undertake business development by introducing new customers.

5. Establish Brand image of The Wellness Shop in the market

6. Relationship building & coordination with Customers of The Wellness Shop regarding their queries and orders.

7. Maintaining fruitful relationships with all customers (existing and new ) for The Wellness Shop.

Skills and Competencies : 

1. Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision.

2. Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and co-ordination skills and competencies.

3. Strong background analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics in the marketplace.

4. Demonstrated expertise in online marketing, e-commerce and is technologically savvy.

5. Experience in E-comm/Skincare/Beauty Products/wellness is a plus but not mandatory

6. Excellent written and communication skill is a must

7. Models learning on the fly, experimenting, learning from failures, and sticking with what works.
