The Wed Cafe - Manager - Business Development (2-8 yrs)
The Wed Caf- is looking for a Business Development Associate to generate as well as manage leads both proactively and reactively. The associate will entail the following
Responsibilities :
- Manage and update the company database on a regular basis
- Follow up with potential clients and leads, and convert according to company standards and procedures
- Generate leads through recognizing the target market and pitching the said market appropriately.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. Social Media postings,Blogs etc)
- Help organize and execute events.
Requirements :
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications.
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way
- Enthusiastic, Professional, energetic with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze results, plan for the future, make good decisions, and take responsibility
- Prior sales experience (preferred)
