Responsibilities :

- Analyze customer segments and work on targeted campaigns for customers basis their past shopping behavior.

- Set up customer journeys basis frequency of shopping and more.

- Develop, maintain, and execute app customer and app retention plans aligned with business goals.

- Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer's journey and strategize on how to increase conversion from the available data.

- Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.

- Create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.

- Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.

- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.

- Increase the active app users % and decrease the uninstall rates.

- Increase the app retention rates

- Increase Exclusive Membership renewal rates.

- Increase the no. of order per customer over a period of time.

- Think of creative and communication strategy for each stage of engagement.

- Draft copies for creative, sms, e-mailer and app push.

Competencies and Abilities :

- Creativity : Must be good at creating concepts for others to work on. They must have a keen awareness of current trends in advertising and graphic design.

- Analytics : Must be good at data analysis and coming up with actionable insights.

- Communication & Presentation : Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas and also explain their ideas to members of their creative team.

- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Need to have a clear creative vision while remaining open to others- ideas.

Education and Experience :


- A graduate/ post-graduate degree.

- 3+ years relevant experience with marketing automation and app analytics

- B2C experience is a must, preferably with an e-commerce platform

- Must have managed app engagement or customer retention of 1 million+ users
