At The Soluna Experience we are dedicated to creating personalised luxury travel experiences for our clients. All our experiences are a balanced blend between fitness and wellness, nature and adventure and much needed downtime.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Soluna Custom for private groups:

This is a vertical of TSE that you will own & drive end to end.

- Developing & implementing a comprehensive business & marketing plan to attract customers & grow the vertical

- Crafting and executing a compelling social media strategy to attract & engage our audience

- Managing business development efforts, including lead generation and conversion

- Creating and developing bespoke travel experiences in Goa through our partnership network

- Taking full ownership of TSE experiences from planning to execution.

Corporate Experiences:

This is a vertical of TSE that you will own & drive end to end.

- Market Research & Outreach: Identify potential customers, corporate clients, and communities to promote TSE services.

- Lead Generation: Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and convert them into potential users of our services.

- Sales & Customer Engagement: Relationship management

About You:

- You're based in Goa or are looking to move here, and able to come to the office 3 days a week.

- You have between 1 to 4 years of experience in business development & marketing

- You have a knack for building engaging social media strategies and content.

- You're a go-getter with a proven track record in business development and marketing.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

- You're obsessed with learning & building a business
