The Social Street - Account Manager - Client Servicing/Digital Marketing (4-8 yrs)
- Understand clients- business objectives and align digital efforts accordingly.
- Work with the Group Account Director/ AD to build strategies for all digital efforts - Social, Creative, ORM, SEM, SEO, Paid Media, Website (including paid social, display, affiliate marketing, content marketing, mobile and video)
- Maintain relationships with clients through steps like management of deliveries, conducting periodic reviews, sharing of relevant information, being proactive with initiatives etc.
- Understand performance measurements across key verticals and have the ability to analyse and provide insights for on-going work and campaigns.
- Research and keep abreast of emerging online trends and best practices specific to digital media, making client recommendations where appropriate.
- Monitor and manage revenue streams linked to accounts managed, growing them in order to meet targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth with existing clients.
- Understand the consumer and build observations and insights that can help better the approach across key verticals.
- Oversee and guide team members, helping them plan and manage activities while helping them through knowledge sharing.
- Partake in new business pitches contributing to the strategy being suggested.
