We are looking for a passionate, talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to build and maintain a strong online presence for our company.
Required Candidate profile :
- Coordination with different digital marketing agencies.
Content creation :
Schedules social media posts & monitors relevant news & content
Maintains awareness with the latest social media platform development
- Understand users' issues, reviews and deal with them accordingly.
- Be active on social networking platforms and publish posts frequently.
- Excellent vocabulary skills for publishing articles with correct grammar and spellings.
- Encourage users to remain engaged with our products, understand the features they are looking for and work with product development team on implementing them.
- Provide users with appropriate solutions for issues queries raised by them
- Organise interactions with developers, users and management adding value to the products.
