The Sales Element - Sales Manager - US Shift (1-3 yrs)
Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering sales for the US Client as per the US shift timing (Monday to Friday) with attractive fixed and variable monthly salary.
Qualifications and Skill sets:
1 - 3 years of previous enterprise software sales experience in either Field Sales (Hunters rather than Farmers) or Inside Sales (from prospecting stage to closure) / Account Mgmt / Offshore Business Development
Should have at least 1 years of experience in Tele Sales team of IT Company (IT Products or IT Services)
Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and generate qualified sales leads
Young, enthusiastic, passionate and a burning desire to achieve and excel
Job Location and Reporting:
Based at Bangalore (Electronic City Phase 2)
Report to the Director Sales - The Sales Element
Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads, run opportunities to closure by the Sales team for IT Services/Product - globally
Generate qualified sales meetings
Part of business generation team
Own Revenue Target responsibility along with the Sales team
Responsible for running mailer campaigns
Coordination with pre-sales, sales and marketing team
Generate routine and event specific Reporting
Ability to build connections with CXO / VP / GM level executives and have a solid grasp of successful industry specific Sales strategies
Exposure to Solutions Selling as a structured methodology for managing the sales process and more accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly business
Possesses a proven track record using Solution Selling to effectively develop and close business
