Job Overview :
- The Red Pen is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Care/Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the sales process by contacting prospective leads, managing the CRM system, providing valuable insights for lead conversion, and collaborating with various verticals within the company. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to effectively reach and engage with potential clients and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospective Lead Calling : Contact prospective leads registered through events.
- Effectively communicate with leads to understand their level of interest and specific requirements.
CRM Management : Accurately capture all relevant information obtained during calls. Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in a timely manner to maintain up-to-date lead profiles.
Call Analysis : Analyze call data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance lead conversion rates and overall performance.
Vertical Liaison : Collaborate with sales heads from different verticals (Pre-College Advising, UG Admissions, Boarding School, PG Admissions, and MBA Admissions).
- Share information about the status of leads and coordinate follow-up efforts for maximum effectiveness.
Attending In-Person Events : Represent The Red Pen at in-person events.
- Engage with potential leads and effectively promote our services.
Summarizing Client Meetings : Take concise and accurate notes during client meetings. Summarize key points and communicate relevant information to the team.
Attending Knowledge Learning Sessions : Actively participate in knowledge learning sessions. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your skills.
Ad-Hoc Support : Assist the team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth company operations.
Office-Based Work : Perform all job duties from our office during regular office hours. Maintain a professional work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in customer care, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to attend events as required.
