The Rajhans - Sales Officer (3-9 yrs)
1. Responsible for achieving the preset goals. (Result Orientation)
2. Identifying the right & quality DSM & recruiting them after the approval of ASM.
3. Guiding, motivating & monitoring the work on day-to-day basis of DSM.
4. Responsible for working in the entire route in the absence of DSM.
5. Cream outlets falling in the routes to be visited in regular intervals.
6. Keeping an eagle eye on the target versus achievement on daily basis & updating the ASM.
7. Maintaining the data/records of sales/outlets & updating the same to RSC from time to time.
8. Following strictly the PJP provided by the ASM.
9. Ensuring high visibility of products in the assigned territory.
10. Ensuring smooth function of business in the assigned territory.
11. Updating the team & trade about the companys ATL/BTL activities.
12. Keeping vigilant watch on the competitors activities & updating the same to superiors.
13. Timely submission of reports/claims of the business associates.
14. Updating the attendance of DSM to RSC on daily basis.
