The Pasta Bowl Company - Associate - Customer/Guest Service (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Possess a thorough understanding of menu items and make recommendations to guests.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, creating a visually appealing and welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or known QSR brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service principles.
