1. Taking care of inbound, outbound calls and complaints of Customers.
2. Convince customer about the organic product.
3. Able to resolve customer issue quickly and in promptly.
4. Look into Website Support and co-ordinate with Customer regarding orders and technical issues.
5. Check daily orders of website.
6.Update the inventory of product.
7. Co-ordinate with other team members (like Logistics, Sourcing and Warehouse).
8. Able to do customer analysis and order analysis.
9. Fresher can grab the opportunity soon .
