About The/Nudge Foundation:
The/Nudge Foundation focuses on sustainable poverty alleviation through :
1. Centre for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship(CSDE) - India's first think, do and convene tank to accelerate the scale and impact of skill development and entrepreneurship initiatives.
2. The Ultra-Poor program(UP): sustainable rural livelihoods program aims to pull 1, 00,000 families in Jharkhand out of extreme poverty through the globally proven "graduation approach" in the next 10 years.
3. N/Core : solving for the deficit in "talent for purpose" through an incubation and accelerator programs for early stage non-profit social entrepreneurs. We currently incubate 35+ non-profits every year across the incubation and accelerator program and are supported by the likes of Atal Innovation mission (Niti Aayog), Ford Foundation, Omidyar Network, Cisco and Mphasis.
4. The Gurukul Project: The/Nudge's flagship residential poverty alleviation "Program in Life Management" via skill development & employability.

About the role:
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for lead generation and acquisition of new donors (foundations, HNI's and corporates) to support our work on poverty alleviation
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong pipeline of relevant and interested partners to support skill development, rural development, women empowerment, livelihoods, economic empowerment etc.
- Front end the organization as an effective spokesperson with prospective donor organization
- Understand, absorb and create compelling and customized proposals
- Own donor acquisition and responsible for meeting the fundraising goals of The/Nudge to support our ambitious growth plans
- Support the partner management team in front-ending renewals/upsells with existing partners
- Conceptualize, design and implement fundraising campaigns and events.

- Are comfortable with frequent travel within India
