- Prepare sales plan for the team to drive the sales and meet the targets.

- Maintains existing client relationships by providing creative solutions.

- Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects.

- Analysing and examining the present or current marketing and sales procedures and trends and looking for some areas of the company that could be enhanced.

- Keeps abreast of trends and innovative sales technique to maintain a competitive edge.

- Identification of prospective clients and generate leads through various networks and converting the same to increase business.

- Comfortable travelling PAN India for business meetings.

- Extensive understanding of the local market and deep penetration for increasing sales irrespective of small, medium and large accounts.

- Prepare reports/trackers for the various activities involved in achieving the sales plan.

- Good in understanding the market and competitor trends and accordingly drive plans to increase sales revenues.

- Monitor sales cycles and collection of payment.

- Monitor sales follow-up regularly, talking to colleagues and customers and aiming towards early closure.

- After Sales Support, Handling queries related to After Sales Service in line with company policy and coordinate with the related departments.

- Prepare and present sales report to management.

- Studying and examining the marketing, advertising expectations, possibilities and perspective of the concerned company.


Desired Skills :


- Excellent written and oral communication skills English, Hindi other languages added advantage.


- Excellent presentation skills.


- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.


- Excellent in coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.


- Knowledge or experience of the eyewear industry and products will be added advantage.


- Sound Experience in handling B2B sales.


- Knowledge or experience in digital marketing will be added advantage.


- Excellent in Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients to create a partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.


- Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects.


- Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint or similar application like Powtoon Keynote
