Job Description : 

- Should possess the ability to create fresh ideas that will appeal to an international audience.

- Scope, plan & manage the creative process on projects consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list.

- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.

- Confer with the managers to discuss and determine layout design.

- Work with other disciplines (Strategists, Developers, Media, Accounts, etc.) To ensure cohesive team integration and alignment with broader business objectives.

- Should have strong Project and Team management skills. Handle and manage the junior team.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Generate ideas and sell them to clients and other team members.

- Lead brainstorms & conceptualization. Lead the craft & design of an idea.

- Work closely with the clients. Participate in pitches for new business compile presentations for clients. Attend client briefings and present to clients.
