The Minimalist - Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
- The role would be dynamic in nature and would include finding prospective clients, designing pitches, strategizing, planning, meeting prospects and closing deals individually
- Prospect for potential new clients, acquiring and maintaining the healthy relationship with them
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Building a healthy sales pipeline for The Minimalist
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Conceptualizing the latest campaigns and strategies to deliver the best results along with budget preparation
- Researching on competitors and keeping track of new market standards to identify new clients
- Increasing the revenue of the Company
- A problem-solving nature that evidences itself in the ability to put together large complex proposals
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
