The Minimalist - Business Development Role (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients in various industries and verticals.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Strategy & Proposal Development:
- Develop customized strategies to approach potential clients based on their business needs.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and account management teams to craft impactful proposals and pitch presentations.
- Stay updated on market trends and client pain points to create innovative solutions.
Pitching & Negotiation:
- Present agency capabilities, case studies, and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Relationship Building & Account Management:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Market Insights & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
