- The Media Ant is a 9-year-old company in the AdTech space. We aim to disrupt the traditional process of executing ad campaigns through a physical media agency and replace it with a self-serve advertising platform. The platform should work equally well for both online and offline media.

- Job Description: Product Manager
- The Media Ant is a novel concept. With no direct - inspiration products- around, product development requires ingenious thinking. The role involves identifying & prioritizing user problems, finding solutions that can be scaled using tech, and then designing the GTM strategy.
- Product Managers drive everything about their problem area - from defining the long-term vision of their product to running fortnightly sprints and generating business/traffic.
- Being the business owner, the Product Manager will need to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
Few areas of current product development are :
- How to make media planning self-serve?
- How to help advertisers create ads that perform?
- How to create a simpler Influencer Marketing product?
- Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Devise Product Strategy : Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact
2. Be Data-Driven : Own, track and improve key product metrics. Provide recommendations based on in-depth data analysis and clearly outline its impact on key product metrics
3. Conceptualize new solutions : Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach.
4. Build products : Collaborate with Engineering and Design to build products that customers love. Produce product specifications and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time
5. Launch products : Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with Product Marketing. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus
Desired Skills & Experiences :
- Curious about metrics, execution processes, and macro trends
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate well and partner with cross-functional teams like tech, marketing. the operation, and etc
- Understands technology and like using it for solving user problems
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Have an analytical and data-driven approach in day-to-day work
- Energetic self-starter with the hunger to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
1. B Tech or MBA
2. You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development with an online-first company (eCommerce/Content Management Products/SaaS Products)
3. Experience with online B2B products is preferred but not mandatory
4. Experience in Advertising/Marketing industry is preferred but not mandatory
