Position : Customer Care Executive
- Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Maintaining Excel Report
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Candidate Requirements :
- Excellent Communication
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
CTC : upto 3,00,000 (negotiable as per the candidates)
Experience : 1- 2 years in BPO or as a Customer Care
