The Little Gym - Sales Development & Support Executive (0-2 yrs)
The Little Gym is the World's premier experiential learning & physical development center for kids between 4 months and 12 years of age. We operate in almost 400 locations worldwide with a single motto - helping kids become more confident. Through the medium of gymnastics and physical activities, we focus on providing a three-dimensional learning experience, building physical, mental as well as social skills.
The Little Gym has been operational in India for over 3 years with over 14 centers under development of which 11 are operational. Globally TLG has close to 400 centers. In India we expect rapid growth to occur over the next 3-5 years with the objective of achieving 100 centers by 2025.
This position reports into the Head of Operations and will be working in parallel with multiple center managers across the city.
Roles and Expectations
- You will be an advocate for the product! And not a sales person. This directly aligns with the company's objectives,
- You are a detailed driven person and you are very organized. You will be in charge of updating data on our internal ERP system and driving that.
- You are a people's person. You would be talking to a lot of customers, potential customers, kids. Both from an advocacy point of view and to collect feedback. Both in person and over the phone!
- Your main objective will be to qualify leads and then convert them into enrollments. Which means you are confident, persistent and cheerful!
- Finally, the candidate is a value driven person, enjoys learning and loves to work with people and is looking specifically to join a startup and help the company grow and become more successful.
