Join the founding team of www.thelearnandgrow.com, a dynamic e-learning platform dedicated to bridging the skills gap by providing industry-relevant training and certifications to students and professionals. As the Founding Member - B2B Alliance and Partnership, you will play a strategic role in building partnerships with corporates, organizations, colleges, and institutions to create hiring mandates and placement opportunities for our certified learners.
This high-impact position will report directly to the Founder/Co-Founder/CEO and will contribute significantly to the company's growth and success in the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and onboard companies, organizations, colleges, and institutions for hiring mandates through MoUs and partnerships.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to build strong alliances with key stakeholders in B2B markets.
2. Corporate Engagement:
- Collaborate with corporates to understand their hiring needs and align our certification programs to meet their skill requirements.
- Drive initiatives to create job placement opportunities for students completing our training programs.
3. College & Institution Collaboration:
- Build partnerships with colleges and universities to create training-to-placement pipelines for their students.
- Promote the adoption of our certification courses as part of institutional career development programs.
4. End-to-End Partnership Management:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of partnerships, from initial engagement and negotiation to agreement finalization and implementation.
- Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver on partnership commitments.
5. Industry Insight & Program Alignment:
- Stay updated on industry trends and employer demands to ensure our certification programs remain relevant and competitive.
- Work with the content and training teams to align course offerings with market needs.
6. Placement Support for Students:
- Actively engage with hiring partners to provide placement opportunities for certified learners.
- Monitor the success of placement programs and continuously optimize the hiring pipeline.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in the education, training, or HR domain.
- Proven experience in forging alliances with corporates, colleges, and institutions.
- Strong network of contacts in the corporate and education sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
